Txawm hais tias qhov zoo thiab qhov tsis zoo ntawm cov roj teeb lithium hlau phosphate tau qhib los ntawm kev them nyiaj thiab tso tawm thaum lawv tawm hauv lub Hoobkas, yog tias lub hnub teeb tsa ntawm lithium hlau phosphate roj teeb nyob deb ntawm lub Hoobkas hnub, lub peev xwm tawm ntawm tus kheej yuav inevitably poob tom qab ntev. lub sijhawm. Tsis tas li ntawd, cov roj teeb lithium hlau phosphate feem ntau raug them ntawm 60 feem pua thaum tawm hauv lub Hoobkas, thiab cov roj teeb pob yuav tsum tau them rov qab thaum lub sijhawm pib. Vim qhov sib txawv ntawm tus kheej tawm ntawm ib lub roj teeb, qhov voltage ntawm txhua lub roj teeb lub davhlau ya nyob twg yuav tsis sib npaug. Qhov qhib Circuit Court voltage yuav tsum tau ntsuas ua ntej lub installation ntawm lithium hlau phosphate roj teeb pab pawg neeg. Qhov qhib qhov hluav taws xob qhov sib txawv tsis tuaj yeem siab dua 50 mV. Kev kuaj roj teeb yuav tsum tau ua thiab kaw. Kev ntsuas lub peev xwm ntawm lub roj teeb pob tuaj yeem nqa tawm ntawm 0.1C10 thiab 0.2C5 siv lub dummy load. Qhov kev sim no tsis tas yuav tsum muaj kev sib txuas rau Battery Management System (BMS), tsuas yog lub roj teeb pob yuav tsum tau txuas nrog hauv cov koob. Txawm li cas los xij, thaum lub sij hawm tso tawm, lub roj teeb ntawm tes yuav tsum tau soj ntsuam nruj me ntsis, thiab tag nrho cov voltage, tawm tam sim no, thiab roj teeb cell voltage ntawm lub roj teeb yuav tsum tau ntsuas thiab kaw txhua teev. Nyob rau theem tom ntej ntawm kev tso tawm, lub roj teeb raug kuaj txhua 10 feeb rau cov roj teeb uas muaj qhov tsis tshua muaj hluav taws xob. Yog tias ib qho ntawm cov roj teeb muaj qhov ntsuas hluav taws xob ntawm 2.5 V, qhov paug tawm tam sim ntawd nres. Xam seb lub peev xwm tawm ntawm lub roj teeb puas yog raws li qhov ntsuas lub peev xwm ntawm lub roj teeb. Yog tias nws zoo ib yam, nws qhia tau hais tias lub roj teeb tso tawm tau tsim nyog, thiab tom qab ntawd them lub roj teeb. Yog tias qhov sib txawv ntawm lub peev xwm tawm ntawm lub pob roj teeb thiab lub peev xwm ntsuas tau ntau dua 15 feem pua thaum tawm mus rau qhov kev txiav tawm hluav taws xob, nws qhia tau tias yuav muaj teeb meem nrog lub Hoobkas muaj peev xwm ntawm lub roj teeb pob, thiab cov chaw tsim khoom yuav tsum hu rau nyob rau hauv lub sij hawm rau kev tuav.
